Free delivery is granted on UK orders with a minimum spend of £20.
Ownership, risk and our rights
Upon delivery of the product[s] or, if you fail to take delivery of your parcel, at the time when we tried to deliver it, title in the product[s] and any risk of loss or damage passes to you.
We reserve the right to remove any products that we produce or sell from the market without prior notification, or liability, to you.
The content displayed on the website is done so without any guarantees, conditions, warranties or representations regarding its reliability, completeness or accuracy.
We expressly exclude any liability or responsibility for any loss or damage incurred by any user in connection with the website or in connection with the results of the use of the website, any other websites linked to it or any materials featured on it.
You hereby agree that you use the website at your own risk and that any loss or damage resulting from your use of it is your sole responsibility.
This does not affect any other liability of ours which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Returning or cancelling an order
You have the statutory right to cancel an order from the date on which we send you a confirmation email until 14 calendar days after the day you receive your order.
You must accept responsibility for and pay the cost of returning products to us cancelled under your statutory right using the same method as they were delivered to you. If you choose a more expensive delivery method, we will not refund the difference between that method and the standard tariff. The refund we provide for returns under your statutory rights will include the price and shipping cost you have paid for the product[s] - we will not refund the cost of returning the product[s] to us. All products are returned at your risk.
Please note that we are unable to refund the purchase of an ebook or digital file that has been successfully downloaded from our website.
You may also return any purchase from our website if the product[s] is/are defective or have been damaged during shipping. You must return it to us within 14 calendar days from the date on which your order was received. In the unlikely event that you have to return a defective item or one that is damaged during the shipping process, we will provide a full refund of the price paid for the product[s] plus the shipping cost and also all the costs of packaging and postage incurred in returning the defective product[s] to us.

How to cancel an order
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone +44 01273 603306 between 9.30 am and 5.00 pm GMT/BST, Monday to Friday, to cancel your order in part or in whole.
If your products have not yet been despatched, we will stop your order and reimburse your credit card account. If the products have already been despatched, we will inform you of how to return the products to us for refund.
